“STEERing Money to Missions”
Through STEER farmers and ranchers, we support world missions. This is a simple way to invest in God’s Kingdom.
There is no cost for you to get involved in the STEER program. This means we do not have signup fees or hidden costs. All you need to do is to contact us at 701-258-4911 if you are interested in getting involved. Depending on which option you choose in our program is where you will donate time, land, equipment, feed, etc. STEER takes on the risk of the project.

We currently take out 10%. So, 90% goes to your mission designation. Of the 10%, 5% goes to insurance and 5% to administrative costs.
YES! We operate on donations and the 5% deduction supplements our main budget.
Your home organization must be a member of STEER.
The first step would be to contact farmers and ranchers you know who are interested in your ministry. STEER would be willing to visit with any potential farmers and ranchers and walk them through the process.
Generally, it would be when the farmer or rancher sells the livestock or agricultural product. Typically, it would be 6 to 12 months.
On average farmers and ranchers stay involved for 10 or more years. This can be increased through continued communication.
NO! All the funds for projects come from our Legacy Fund.

A mission organization is usually formed because of one or more persons who sense a calling from God to address a need in the community, nation, or the world; and to carry out the calling in a community with others who share this calling.
STEER has sent millions of dollars to missions.
Our program is a no-risk, low-cost way for farmers and ranchers to support your organization. It is an additional way for your missionaries to raise consistent support.
